  • 1 Muesli B’Break
  • 1/2 apple (Pink Lady or Gala)
  • 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 25 g of hazelnut praline paste
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid cream
  • A few pieces of grilled hazelnuts

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Slice the B’Break in two lengthways and then lightly toast both halves in the oven for 4 minutes.
  • Peel and thinly slice the apple.
  • Fry the slices in the butter with cinnamon for 5 minutes.
  • Gently melt the praline with the liquid cream to obtain a sauce.
  • Spread a little hot praline sauce on both halves of the bread. Add the fried apple slices, still warm.
  • Drizzle with the remaining praline sauce.
  • Sprinkle a few crushed grilled hazelnuts.
